Shipping Information

Stock permitting, all orders placed with us are dispatched to customers within 2-3 working days, usually much sooner. Whilst we have no precise control over the delivery of items to you, indicative timings are as shown below. 

We use experienced and dependable shipping companies according to the size and destination of the item. All items have to be signed for on arrival.  We are pleased to offer free shipping to all our customers worldwide.

United Kingdom                     Free           1-2 working days from despatch

European Community           Free           3-7 working days from despatch

United States of America     Free           3-5 working days from despatch

China, Middle East, Far East, and Rest of the World    free      6-8 working days from despatch

For shipments outside of the European Community, the free shipping rates are not inclusive of any customs or import duties that may be levied when the package reaches your destination country.


All items are carefully packed for you in a special luxury gift box tied with ribbon. Bags are contained in a custom cotton dust bag in addition to the box and ribbon packaging.  Small accessories are tissue wrapped and in a gift box tied with ribbon ready for gifting.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not happy with your item you may return it within 14 days of receipt of your order. All returned items must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Original packaging includes the original protective tissue stuffing, the swing tag, the dustbag and the gift box with ribbon. The cost of returning the item and proof of posting is your responsibility.

Returned good are carefully inspected and provided that they have been returned in perfect order you will receive a full refund.

Remember to always obtain a proof of postage and ensure the goods are properly and securely packaged so they are not damaged in transit. We shall not accept an item that has been damaged in transit or otherwise.

Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EC). Tamara Salman Ltd. does not accept liability for returned goods. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting or the relevant couriers, airway bills and documentation. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
